The SREA Career Accelerator is a selective, two-quarter program for Stanford students serious about exploring careers in real estate.
Built around technical training, mentorship, and professional development, the Accelerator brings together a small cohort of students with Stanford students, recent alumni, and members of the broader Stanford real estate community.
The goal: give you the knowledge, relationships, and practical preparation to approach real estate recruiting with confidence.

Complete structured Wall Street Prep modules covering core real estate and financial concepts, with student-led review sessions to put the material into practice.
Mentorship
Get paired with a Stanford student or recent alum who can provide guidance on careers, recruiting, networking, and navigating the industry.
Career Preparation

Build your resume, sharpen your networking strategy, and prepare for applications, HireVues, interviews, and Superdays through practical workshops and individualized support.

Who Should Apply
We especially encourage sophomores and juniors who are seriously considering careers in real estate.
Prior real estate experience is not required: curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to learn are.
